Great staff, helpful and attentive. Beautifully decorated facilities for a relaxing stay. Spacious rooms with comfortable beds. Enjoyed complimentary massages and tuk tuk rides. Friendly and accommodating drivers.

The staff are friendly, excellent and always helping us out. The location is a bit further away from the down town, however, it was compensated by the free tuk tuk service provided. The staff also gave us mobile phone in case we wanted pick up service at night after dinner in down town. The environment is great, the breakfast is great, and relaxing environment is excellent.

We enjoyed the big room with a lot of free space. The rooms are surround by a wonderful garden with a lovely pool. In the night it was totally quiet.
We missed a shower curtain. After the shower you had to walk over wet floor to the toilet and the floor was very slippery. The only time we were at the hotel bar was a diasaster. The barkeeper was very slow and had no knowledge about proper cocktails. Really wasted money.

What a lovely small hotel; only a few rooms around a nice pool. A few noteworthy advantages about this place. Firstly, although some staff speak very little English, they were all exrremely friendly and helpful. The receptionist even borrowed us a cell phone for our convenience during our stay. Secondly, the hotel is not located in the centre of the town (although only

The quality of service was beyond all expectations. We were treated like royal family. The hotel upgraded our room to the suite and took care of all our needs: airport transfers, transportation, guide (Nice guy Mr. Sok Chantha), itenararies,.. We didn´t have to worry about anything. The staff was really excellent, no matter it was the receptionist or the guy that serve us the breakfast. This is definately the best place to stay in Siem Reap.
The location could be better, but the hotel services were so good that this issue was irrelevant: the hotel provided us a tuk tuk to transport us to/from down town (5min) whenever we needed and even provided us a cell phone during our stay.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious hotel and we were truly impressed with our experience. The location in the city center was perfect, providing a peaceful and quiet atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle. The staff here exceeded our expectations, always ready to assist with a friendly smile. Whether it was arranging transportation, providing room service, or offering recommendations for local attractions, the service was top-notch. The amenities and services provided were of the highest quality, ensuring that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. From the well-appointed rooms to the spa and wellness center, everything was designed with the utmost attention to detail.
There is not much to keep the children entertained, but this venue would still be a great choice for families looking for a luxurious and relaxing stay. we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking enhanced comfort and quality services.

The attention to detail, service and friendliness of the staff of this hotel was outstanding, they made us feel very comfortable. The rooms were very large and with nice design and the pool the best treat after a long day sightseeing. We stayed one more night since we liked the place so much, breakfast is prepared for you upon request so it was always very nice and top quality. The hotel owner was also looking for feedback from customers in order to enhance the facilities, although there was no much I could tell. Congratulations to the Hotel Bunwin!! we loved our stay and we will definitely be recommending it to our friends.

We stayed at the Bunwin hotel for 3 nights. We loved everything about it and thought it offered excellent value for money at the rate we paid. We loved the pool and found the staff to be extremely friendly. The hotel is located a fair distance out of town but this is overcome by free transfers in and out and in a way is quite nice to be brought back to such a little oasis (the hotel is located down a laneway off a busy road while not in the centre still a built up area). Would recommend to anyone traveling to Siem Reap

We had a weekend stay at this hotel and we were quite pleased with two facts offered: free transportation to and from town and free tuk-tuk rides per day. The hotel is also located in a good spot - closer to the temples and far from the city noise. One more advantage that we enjoyed was the good breakfast that was served every morning.
The hotel room was quite dirty and dusty. The worst aspect of our stay was the shower that didn't work properly.

The room was quite large and the environment close to the pool was quite nice. The staff was very kind and very helpful specially a lady at the reception was very efficient and super kind when my wife got sick (she called a doctor who arrived very quickly).
Some communication issues with part of the staff not speaking much English and sometimes organization of transport took quite long. Location is not ideal (need to organize transport for everything). Mattress of the bed was very hard.

Very friendly, considerate staff. Very clean, comfortable and quite. A bit distance to the down town is not problem at all, free tuktuk always available. Highly recommend.

This Boutique Hotel is magical, it has only ten rooms, very cozy place, wonderful pool and best service we had in our trip. Staff was absolutely perfect, they picked us up at the bus station and they brang us back and forth from the restaurants. They were extremely friendly and polite. We want to specially mention Mr. Thai, who served us in a very affectionate way. Breakfast was deliciously prepared.

The hotel is a bit outside from Siem Reap but this doesn't spoil the location at all since a free shuttle is offered at any time by the hotel - we really enjoyed it! The rooms are really nice, the pool relaxing and the staff extremely helpful at any time. A clear recommendation!
